Preparation and planning for such a long-distance race are key. Even if you are unsure if you will join the 2025 race, we invite you to join us online, as we will have some past competitors who will provide insights into key preparation stages looking at what worked and what didn’t.
We will touch on boat preparation, boat and crew selection and then what you can do to ensure you do well in the race. Great information for anyone considering longer destination races.
There’s a lot of support from prior competitors through to mentors at the Ocean Racing Club of Victoria, and we will be outlining as well, what’s on offer to support competitors throughout the twelve months in the lead up to the race.
